STRAIGHT UP UNPLUG
As an introvert navigating a world heavily influenced by social media, it can be tough to find a balance. Sometimes, I just need to straight up unplug and take a break. It’s so liberating to disconnect from the constant noise and just be present in the moment.
Of course, the world wide web has its good parts too. I work from anywhere and stay connected 100% of the time. It’s where I met most of the smartest and coolest people I know! And now, I’m lowkey stepping out of my shell and sharing glimpses of my life on this blog. Perhaps it’ll be a vibe for others who are also looking to find balance in this fast-paced world. And who knows, maybe my little corner of the web will contribute to its good parts too.
GOING OUT OF MY SHELL
My love for music, with a particular affinity for indie, is something that has been a constant in my life. It’s a way for me to connect with my emotions and explore different sounds and styles that resonate with me.
But… who cares?!
Being able to share your life with a wide audience in just a few clicks is wild, but it’s not always easy to put yourself out there. I think it takes real courage to be vulnerable and share your experiences with others. In my case, it is in knowing that I have some beautiful and helpful things to share — be it which self-help books have worked for me, what leadership and management tips are effective in today’s modern workplace, or even the kind of series I binge-watch lately.
I have some things worth sharing. And that’s more than enough for me to step out of my shell and share my journey and learnings with you.
